The students at Richmond Christian School are encouraged to step up and lead in their school, their churches, the community, and eventually, the world.

Teachers instruct in the areas of leadership, mentoring, and the importance of leading through a consistent, positive witness in the student’s personal walk with the Lord.

At the middle and high school levels, the Student Government Association actively promotes the role of leadership in the lives of students and in RCS as a whole. Students are elected annually to lead their grade levels as well as the entire student body, through participation in chapel services, spiritual mentoring, the planning of special events, and leading monthly grade level meetings.
