| In an effort to keep tuition as affordable and manageable as possible, we have allowed the tuition amount to be paid over a 10-month period (August-May), an 11-month period (July-May), or 12-month period (June-May) at no interest. See the information below about Automated Payments. (Most schools would require payment in advance, finance through a local bank or add interest to monthly payment accounts.) |

Financing Plan with ACH: RCS supplies an automated payment plan through National Automated Clearing House. These payments are processed in-house by RCS and are made up of ten (10), eleven (11), or twelve (12) monthly payments by bank draft or credit card beginning in June, July, or August and ending in May. Payments can be made on the 5th or the 20th of the month. Payments by credit card can only be made on the 5th of the month. There will be a one-time per year processing fee of $38 for the financing plan. Families having children enrolled prior to 1999 can continue to pay directly to the school.
Enrollment after the start of the school year results in pro-rated payments based on a 9-month schedule. Any part of a month, for either late enrollment or withdrawal, is considered a full month. Late enrollment requires first month payment with application.
There is a $25 processing fee charged for a bank draft denial and for any check returned by the bank, regardless of the reason or the amount.
All accounts must be paid in full by June 1 to receive final report cards, grades or diplomas of a student. Semester report cards will be withheld if accounts are in arrears. Any account 60 days in arrears is subject to dismissal. Checks for books, fees, or other individual reasons may be written to Richmond Christian School. Please indicate in the memo area of your check for what purpose the check has been written, including the child's name, whether for books, music, gifts, etc. This will greatly assist in accurate accounting procedures.

New Families: Upon acceptance for enrollment, all fees are due. Tuition payment options are the same as re-enrolling families. Enrollment after the start of the school year may result in pro-rated payment from date of entry.

Textbooks: Textbooks will be purchased by the students. A list of textbooks needed and prices will be sent home before the school year begins. All books must be purchased before school starts. Books will be available in the bookstore.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals from school are completed through the school office. A request for a withdrawal must be signed by a parent to begin the process. A withdrawal form must be completed and signed by each of the student's teachers. A child attending any day of the month will be charged the full month's tuition. A student will not be considered officially withdrawn until withdrawal forms have been completed in the school office. All school accounts must be paid in full before diplomas, school records, or grades will be released.
